"User" or "You" refers to any individual accessing or utilizing the Services provided by the Company. This includes but is not limited to individuals who are selling, buying, leasing, or renting property and seeking the professional services offered by the Company.
Acceptance of Terms: Your use of the Site and the Services provided is governed by these Terms & Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference. By merely using the Site, you agree to contract with Property Profiles, the owner of the platform. You are deemed to have accepted these Terms as they may be amended from time to time. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are not authorized to use this Site.
When using any services provided by Us through the Site, including but not limited to Property Valuation, Legal Title Search, and Land Survey, you are subject to the applicable rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions for those services. These are incorporated into these Terms and are considered part of these Terms.
Property Profiles reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time, with such modifications becoming effective immediately upon their posting on the Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to be aware of any modifications. Continued access or use of Property Profiles constitutes your conclusive acceptance of the amended Terms. Property Profiles reserves the right to suspend Site operations for support, technical upgrades, maintenance, content updates, or other reasons without prior notice to any user.
These Terms will remain in effect as long as you continue to access the Site and utilize the Services provided by the Company.

Services can be purchased through various payment methods offered. The purchase of Services is governed by the data provided by the user, according to the company's fee structure, refund policy, and cancellation policy.
Eligibility
You represent and warrant to the Company that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and are competent to enter into a binding agreement. You affirm that you possess the legal authority to agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Personal Information
Your submission of personal information through this Site is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally, there may be information on the Site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct these errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.
Payment & Refund
1. For all services purchased, 20% of the order amount is allocated towards activation and administration fees. The remaining 80% is refundable on a pro-rata basis in case of cancellation, subject to the extent of services used. The refund process may take approximately 4 to 6 weeks. All refunds are subject to the discretion of Property Profiles and cannot be claimed as a matter of right.
2. Payment for the services offered must be made on a 100% advance basis.
Cancellation
The Company reserves the exclusive right to cancel the provision of any service under the following circumstances:
1. If the User provides any false information regarding the property, whether knowingly or unknowingly.
2. If the User is unable to provide any mandatory documents required for obtaining the service.
Security
1. Transactions on the Site are secure and protected. Any information entered by the User during transactions on the Site is encrypted to protect against unintentional disclosure to third parties. The User's credit and debit card information is not received, stored, or retained by the Company or Site in any manner. This information is supplied directly by the User to the relevant payment gateway authorized to handle such information, compliant with the regulations and requirements of various banks, institutions, and payment franchises.
2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords and usernames. Measures should be taken to ensure this information is not disclosed to any other person(s).
3. The User must notify the Company immediately in case of theft or loss of their user identification, password, or security word. The User remains liable for any use of the Services by third parties until such theft or loss is reported to the Company.
4. The username and password provided to the customer should only be used by the named organization and its employees. Necessary precautions must be taken to prevent unauthorized access or leakage of this information.
5. Users are prohibited from using any software to automatically download or extract complete or partial documents from Property Profiles' database without prior written consent from Property Profiles.
6. Property Profiles is not liable for any fraudulent transactions or deductions of money from the bank account of any User.
User Obligations and Representations
1. Provide accurate, complete, and correct registration data when initially applying for Services.
2. Maintain the confidentiality of your password and user identification. You are responsible for all activities and transmissions performed through your user identification.
3. Ensure that you are at least 18 years old and competent to enter into this contract.
4. Be solely responsible for any data entered on the Site. Users entering incorrect data are fully liable for any actions taken by the company's legal team. The Company will endeavor to use industry best practices to weed out false data and undertakes to remove such data within a reasonable time after verifying complaints.
5. Do not violate or attempt to violate the security of the Site or any linked websites. Unauthorized access to information not intended for you, probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of systems or networks, and breaching security or authentication measures are prohibited.
6. In case of security breaches or misuse of services, the Company reserves the right to deactivate the User's access to the Site and related facilities. The Company may seek legal remedies to recover losses and harm caused by such violations.
7. Services on Property Profiles must be availed for lawful purposes only. Unauthorized access attempts or illegal use of the Platform are prohibited.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, nothing herein grants the User any right to use the Site's trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand features. All such materials are the exclusive property of the Company.
Limitation of Liability
You agree that neither the Company nor its affiliates, directors, officers, or employees shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, the cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, or any other matter relating to the Service. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You further agree that the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service, including direct or indirect damages, whether such interruption, suspension, or termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent. The Company's total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company, if any, related to the cause of action.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All information received from the User is provided in good faith and is believed to be true and correct. This Agreement and any dispute arising from incidental use of Property Profiles are governed by the laws of India. You and Property Profiles hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Patiala(Punjab), India.
